Momentum Social Group provides digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and consulting services. The specific scope of work for any client will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of our campaigns, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Grant necessary access to social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Approve content within the agreed-upon timelines to avoid campaign delays.
4. Fees and Payment
Minimum 3-month commitment required.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- Payment Terms: Fees for services are outlined in your individual contract.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and labor costs, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
- Agency Property: Any proprietary tools, processes, or templates used by Momentum Social Group remain our property.
- Client Property: All brand assets (logos, trademarks) provided by the client remain the property of the client.
- Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final creative content produced specifically for their campaigns.
6. Limitation of Liability
Momentum Social Group strives for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific results (such as exact follower counts or sales figures) as social media algorithms and market conditions are beyond our control. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal business data confidential during and after the term of the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
